Registration is OPEN!

Youth Retreat 2024 is coming! We are excited to hang out as a Student Ministry Family for a whole weekend, October 18th to 20th! We are taking over Timberline Ranch and are looking forward to some awesome food, amazing worship, and an incredible bonding time with your small group and leaders! 

Students can be registered through their Sunergo Connect account or you can fill out a paper copy from Pastor Darian (at youth). If you don't have a Sunergo Connect account or are having issues with registering, please get in touch with Meagan Nelson for assistance.

REGISTRATION DEALINE IS OCTOBER 3RD @ 10 PM!
Refunds will not be offered after October 3rd unless under certain conditions. If you want to request a refund, please contact Meagan Nelson.

Payment can be dropped off at the Church Office either by cash, cheque or debit, or an e-transfer can be made to giving@southabbotsford.com. Please specify in the memo field that the payment is for Youth Retreat 2024 and who the payment is for (First & Last Name(s))!

A packing list and itinerary will be available in the upcoming weeks! 

Drop-off is at 4:45 PM on Friday, October 18th! The bus will leave at 5:20 PM sharp!

Pick-up is at 3 PM on Sunday, October 20th!

PLEASE NOTE: The Timberline Risk Acknowledgement must be signed and submitted and your South Abbotsford waiver/registration. Both are available through your Sunergo Connect account.
