Registration is CLOSED!

Youth Retreat 2024 is coming! We are excited to hang out as a Student Ministry Family for a whole weekend, October 18th to 20th! We are taking over Timberline Ranch and are looking forward to some awesome food, amazing worship, and an incredible bonding time with your small group and leaders! 

If you still need to pay for the weekend, payment can be dropped off at the Church Office either by cash, cheque or debit, or an e-transfer can be made to giving@southabbotsford.com. Please specify in the memo field that the payment is for Youth Retreat 2024 and who the payment is for (First & Last Name(s))!

Refunds will not be offered unless under certain conditions. If you want to request a refund, please contact Meagan Nelson.

PLEASE NOTE: The Timberline Risk Acknowledgement must be signed and submitted and your South Abbotsford waiver/registration. Both are available through your Sunergo Connect account.

Information for the Retreat

Drop-off is at 4:45 PM on Friday, October 18th! Please make sure to arrive on time as the bus will leave at 5:20 PM sharp!

Pick-up is at 3 PM on Sunday, October 20th!

What to Bring (Packing List):

• Warm sleeping bag
• Pillow & sheets (for a Twin or Double bed)
• Warm modest pajamas
• Waterproof jacket and umbrella
• 5 pairs of underwear & socks
• A couple of hoodies and pairs of pants
• Multiple T-shirts
• Towel
• Flashlight
• Boots and/or hiking shoes you can get muddy and dirty
• 2 plastic shopping bags (for wet & dirty clothes)
• Personal hygiene kit - toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.
• Chapstick
• Shower supplies (soap, shampoo, etc.)
• Refillable water bottle
• Bible with a journal and pen/pencil

Please don't bring any cell phones or devices with social media/games, unless a parent specifies that it is needed for an emergency.

All prescription medicine needs to be checked in upon sign-in on Friday. Please ensure that instructions with relevant medication information are on the registration form!
