JOINING THE FAITH COMMUNITY
The intent of the information requested is to get to know you better. We also desire that you have the conviction that God has called you and God wants you to serve Him through the ministries at South Abbotsford Church. (2 Corinthians 5:14-21) Do not be overwhelmed by the length, complexity or demands of the application. Relax, and fill it out the best you can. We are not overly concerned about form, spelling or penmanship. We only want to get to know you better as a Christ-follower.

2. Please complete the “Christian Experience” section to help us to understand your faith journey better.
3. Prepare a short Spiritual Autobiography. This will be made available to the congregation to familiarize themselves with you.

2. Please contact the pastor of your former church and ask that they send to South Abbotsford a membership transfer, a letter of recommendation or a baptismal certificate.
