HIGH SCHOOL MINISTRY
Cooking Meals -
We are providing dinner this year to our youth staff team as well as the student worship team that help on our Monday night program. We are looking for people who would be interested in providing a meal for around 22 people. You can help out on a regular basis or just once. Contact Pastor Jon for more information or to get involved.
Sound and Media –
The sound and media staff are key to the running of the Monday night program. They are in charge of running the soundboard and sound check for the worship band. Contact Pastor Jon for more information or to get involved.
Games/Event Leader(s) –
We are looking for people that aren’t afraid of a microphone or a stage to help with our twice a month Friday night program. The games leader should be someone who loves to interact with a large group of students and get them involved. Contact Pastor Jon for more information or to get involved.
Prayer Team –
It is our desire to have a team of people (parents, etc.) from within the congregations of SAC that have a heart for prayer and a desire to see God work within the High School ministry. Contact Pastor Jon for more information or to get involved.
WOMEN’S MINISTRY
Compassion Ministries –
We are looking for women who have a heart for people facing challenging life situations in our community. Could you prepare a meal for a drop-in for sex trade workers? Do you have gift items to donate for women on the streets of Abbotsford? Would you like to make simple blankets for people in need? Can you pray for protection and blessing on those involved in these ministries?
