Ministry-at-a-Glance

Primary Ministry Focus:
Marriage and Family Ministry is our focus.  We equip pre-marriage counsellors through training seminars using the resource, “A Pre-Marriage Counselling Handbook,” while maintaining our own counselling ministry. We are presently the National Co-ordinators of “The Marriage Course” for Ghana. We run The Marriage Course and train church leadership to run the course in their churches.

Major Challenges:
A new edition of “A Pre-Marriage Counselling Handbook” has been printed in India and is being distributed throughout Africa by Oasis Publishers with the goal of providing an affordable resource for pastors. A French translation of this resource is now underway for Francophone Africa. Both these projects are providing a series of complex challenges. Maintaining a healthy balance between discipling and counselling individuals and the development and multiplication of our equipping ministries is an on-going challenge.

Prayer Focus:

• Our prayer focus is to see Christ-centered marriages and families transforming churches, communities and nations throughout Africa.
• Pray that God would keep transforming us to be faithful, useable, and discerning in fulfilling the part He has for in us this task.
