With all the pressures of our fast-paced lifestyle in Canada today, we are hungry for community.  People are searching for a sense of belonging and connectedness, a place to be listened to and to find deeper relationships.  Even in the church, it is easy to be lost in the crowd.

Room to Connect: Life Groups are the primary way in which we can find community.  In small groups with face-to-face interaction we can find the support, encouragement and care that we are looking for. 

Room to Grow:  The focal point of each group is our relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.  The bond that ties us together is our common commitment to know, love and serve the Lord.  Our meetings are designed to tear away hidden agendas and apply God’s life-giving Word to our real needs in the grind of daily life.

Room to Reach:  If the mandate of the church is to make disciples who make disciples, then the best place for this to happen is among our Life Groups.  We are beginning to explore a direction that would see Life Groups as the launching pad for holistic, relational evangelism among those without Christ in our city.  Our goal is to see Life Groups grow, multiply, and develop additional leaders as new believers are added naturally to these groups.

We envision Life Groups to typically include up to 15 people, committed to meeting weekly in neighborhoods around the city, for the purpose of evangelism, community and discipleship with the goal of multiplication.
